XVIIIth century water mill

Region of Rambouillet, XVIIIth century water mill and its outbuildngs totalizing 800m² of living space . The whole, completely renovated in 2007, includes a main house composed of a 100m ² living room, an adjoining kitchen, five bedrooms and four bathrooms. The outbuildings make independent houses totaling five guest rooms with bathrooms, in the extension of which is the old renovated and in working order water mill. Near the main buildings around a square courtyard, an old train station has been rehabilitated in a 90m ²gite . On the other side, on the banks of the river, a 100m ² reception room in wooden structure and vegetal roof has been built to receive small seminars or family receptions. The whole, on a park of 1.5 hectares, is located in a quiet green, 4 km from shops, 20 km from Rambouillet, 67 km from Paris by the A11.
