35 km south of Paris, 17th century Chateau classified as a Historic Monument built on a 45 hectare park labeled “remarkable garden”. This castle, whose origins date back to the 16th century, in the form of a manor, was significantly remodeled in the 17th century then extended in the 19th century to create an ensemble such as we can discover today. The English gardens, embellished by a large pond, contribute to the reputation of the place. The castle is made up of a large central body and two low wings overlooking the main courtyard. To the south, an extension called “the little castle” with its interior courtyard was built in the 19th century. The adjoining reception rooms benefit from a double orientation, main courtyard and gardens. In the central part, the monumental "Italian-style" living room, originally from the 17th century, extends over 17m long and two levels and is characterized by its volumes and exceptional decorations. Accessible by the large staircase in the south wing, a large dining room, a living room and a private apartment. On the upper floors, a total of 14 rooms in this part of the castle. The outbuildings, facing the castle to the north, total a surface area of more than 700 m² including old stables converted into reception rooms, two apartments, an 18th century chapel, garages and sheds. Further on, a water tower from 1640 with its remarkable hydraulic installation. Two pavilions of approximately 100m² each frame the entrance to the property; in the park, two 19th century greenhouses and a gazebo. The whole is located in a quiet countryside area 35 km from Paris via the N118 or A10 motorway, 30 km from Orly, 20 km from Massy TGV.
